You can pay directly on our website when you create your order. All transactions are 100% secure using Shopify payment gateway or you can pay with paypal in which case you are covered with PayPal buyer protection.

Shipping

• Due to the high cost of shipping small orders, we always recommend that you allow an extra 10%-15% for cuts and wastage.
• Handling time : 3 - 4 business days
• We ship lower 48 contiguous USA only, (no P.O Boxes or APOs)
• We will always provide tracking number for your shipment for you to trace it online

Ship to Terminal (Pick up at carriers Terminal)

We ship the tiles to a carrier destination in your location where you can pick up from there. Once we process your order, we'll send you an email with the tracking code and the address to the closest terminal from the address you provide in your order. To find the closest terminal near you, click here.

Business to Terminal flat rate:

• 1-32 boxes: $300.00
• 33-64 boxes: $500.00
• 65 or more boxes: FREE!!!

Ship to Business

If you have a Business address that is verified with a loading dock or forklift at the site, let us know in the order comments and we'll ship directly to that address.

Residential and Expedited shipping

For residential or expedited shipping, please add a note in the special instructions box below, and we will help you find the best possible rates tailored to your specific needs.

You can always contact us by phone or email and let us know your specific needs and we will do our best to create a specific order for you.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it and receive a full refund, at Grestiles, we want to make your online purchase easy and friendly. Therefore, there is never a restocking fee, if you choose not to use the material and return full boxes in good box condition within 30 Days of the date the product was received.

Once the product is installed, it may not be returned under any circumstances.

Any return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
Delivery/freight is nonrefundable.
